Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout. Typically, domestic orders arrive within 5-7 business days, while international orders can take between 10-21 business days. Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take a little longer. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can easily follow its journey.

We want you to love your ZUEL pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

To start a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as your return is approved. Please note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
